The Phoenicians are one of the first civilization that established in Lebanon
They created the first 22-letter Phoenician alphabet
They used the cedar trees of Lebanon to build their ships
The Lebanese today is mix of Phoenicians and others , mostly Arabic mix
The main language is Arabic and most of Lebanese speak second language beside the Arabic , like French and English
Lebanon is the smallest Arabic country 4036 sq miles from north to south and 135 miles from west to east, smaller then California .
The population in Lebanon is only 5 Million but the number of Lebanese that lives out of Lebanon is a lot bigger .
